If the buyer was clear and told you that he had a set of 2.4" test pipes and specifically asked you if the test pipes you were selling were 2.5", then you are responsible to take them back if they are in fact as YOU stated (2.4"). To me .1" would be waste of time and not worth the hassles, but you are the one who was aware of his specific requirements and should take them back and return his money including shipping charges due to an error in measurement. It doesn't matter if you want them back or not, just return his money and try reselling them if YOU made the mistake! If HE didn't tell you his situation, then you would have had a case.
